Appointment Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice should you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

Whether your appointment is at the clinic or in your home, time is reserved exclusively for you. Short-notice cancellations make it difficult for us to offer that appointment to another patient.

• Less than 48 hours' notice – 50% of appointment fee
• Less than 24 hours' notice – 100% of appointment fee
• Non-attendance – 100% of appointment fee

Arrival & Availability

For clinic appointments, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.

For home visits, please ensure you are available and ready at the agreed appointment time.

If delays occur, we will always do our best to accommodate you. However, this may require a shortened treatment or rescheduling of the appointment.

The full appointment fee remains payable.

Missed Appointments

Appointments missed without prior notice will be charged at 100% of the appointment fee.

We carefully plan both clinic sessions and home visit routes. A missed appointment prevents us from offering that time to another patient and may impact the appointments that follow.

Unforeseen Circumstances

We understand that circumstances occasionally arise beyond your control.

If exceptional circumstances affect your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always consider genuine situations sympathetically and do our best to help where we can.
